The swim out room was amazing, the housekeeping was beyond amazing! We were the romance package and felt treated a little less then because we weren’t the serenity package. Despite paying good amount of money. The romance dinner was not good and needs revamping. I do highly recommend the resort despite some communication and treatment issues. The bar staff, buffet staff and the restaurant staff were amazing. Highly recommend the Asian fusion restaurant hands down the best restaurant. Frank at the spa, mescal and the swim up circle bar and lobby bar staff was incredible.
